The Tenuta San Bartolomeo is located in Caiazzo, in the province of Caserta (Italy). It covers approximately 4 hectares on the Caiazzo plain, north of Caserta. The estate consists of two buildings facing each other and overlooking the Cesarano valley. The first building is a tuff pavilion, surrounded by several palm trees, the second building is the old manor house belonging to the 19th-century farm.
The Tenuta San Bartolomeo in Caiazzo was established as a result of the Marziale family’s passion for the local area. The estate is nestled in the beautiful Cesarano valley, on the slopes of the ancient Roman colony of Caiazzo. On visiting the garden, one has the sensation of being completely immersed in nature, of a total detachment from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The villa is open to the public for guided tours and hosts special events such as weddings and art exhibitions. The villa is also available for short-term rental for holidays or business trips.
